Classic Mojito
Mint leaves
granulated sugar
Limes
Barcardi White rum
soda
put 5 mint leaves, 3 teaspoons of sugar, and half a lime cut in 4ths. muddle together in a mixing glass. Put ice then rum. Shake it till you break it. Pour into collins glass and splash of soda a mint sprig for garnish.
Floridita Coctail
grapefruit
Marachino liquour
simple syrup ( sugar water)
Barcardi White Rum
2 count of Rum1 count marichino liqour
squeeze half of grape fruit, 1 count of simple syrup into a mixing glass. ice shake it till you break it.
strain into a chilled martini glass. garnish with a cherry.
